1.Property: Zinc stearate white light fine powder.combustible,spontaneous combustion point 900 °C,density 1.095,melting point 125°C,has a soapy.insoluble in water ,ethanol,ethyl ether,soluble in hot ethanol,turpentine oil,benzene and other organic solvent and acid. Zinc stearate in strong acid decomposed into stearic acid and zinc salt.lubricity,non-toxic,slightly irritating.
2.Application:Mainly used as lubricity,which are widely used in polyethylene,polystyrene,polyvinyl chloride(PVC)plastic production.Also as a textile polishing agent,smoothing agent with enamel paint.
